I'm dying over these heavy wood tables right now and can't wait to build our own custom one when we move next year (Like Rachel from A Touch of Gray did
here). I love the idea of a wooden table that you can actually nick and scratch up without worry..so refreshing!
I am digging those tables.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the cozy deck :)
ReplyDeleteI love heavy tables- especially when they're paired with modern clean lined chairs- love them with Panton or Bertoias.
ReplyDeleteThat's one thing I will have in my future home. Heavy wood tables. Along with big heavy wood doors. :)

I've been wanting a thick dark wood (medieval times kind of) for so long for my dining room. But haven't seen one, and need a bigger dining room. Love it!
ReplyDeleteAw, you are so sweet! We really love our table! I can't wait to see the one you guys build!!
ReplyDeleteYour website looks AWESOME!!! I am posting the link on FB and sending an email to Caroline, Lowrey, etc.... I like your "Hermes" and "Crush" paintings. It's weird-- I usually don't like the very contemporary and abstract works, but there's just something neat about yours. It's like cloud watching-- never gets old and you see something different every time. Justin was really impressed with Josh's concrete art, too! He was genuinely intrigued by it.
ReplyDeleteAs for the wood tables, WE have the SAME plan for a table! That second photo is my ideal image of a dining room table.
It was so great to run into you this weekend!!!!
LOVE that you're going to build your own! Love the texture and color of wood!
