Today = Bad News.

Today was not a very good day. It's been rough. I just found out that my brother, a 1st Lieutenant in the Marines, will more than likely not be home for Thanksgiving and his having his deployment moved back. Our whole family had planned on heading to his base at Cherry Point, NC and enjoying the holidays with him. My sis-in-law is so ready to see him she can't stand it. God bless our men in uniform...I can't wait for him to be back home! I'm leaving you with this video to watch in hopes for that day ( P.S. Grab a tissue..it's a happy cry though!):

  6. Nothing is for certain in the military until it actually happens. My sister's husband is a Marine and we still don't know what the plan will be for Xmas for them. Good luck!
