Shrunk.

So hubby asked me to 'barely' shrink his over-sized wool coat recently. I got this! I quickly assured him as he questioned my process; I even took the time to referenced how I wasn't going to shrink it like Stephanie did DJ's sweater in the infamous Full House episode.

Cut to one hour later– I completely forgot about it in the dryer. Oops. I captured this picture right afterwords when Josh put it on and started singing 'Fat guy in a little coat'.

Have a happy Wednesday everyone!

  3. And I thought guys were notorious for shrinking clothes! This is too funny! Ruffles & 3/4 length sleeve... looks like you could make it into a coat for you!

  9. Awesome!!! Fat guy in a little coat rules!!

My hubs shrunk my sweater and it became just the right size for our doggie. He hated it, and we may have kept it on him for just a bit longer than we should have. What?! It was funny. :)

That's the thing about having a blog, is it not?...Mess-ups aren't quite so bad when you can turn it into a good story for others to laugh about:)...Hahaha...Gotta share this photo with "Big" Jack!

I laughed to myself over this post...wool mixed with a dryer is never a good idea, but I am so glad you shared this outcome with us!

  15. Haha... that's how I do laundry!

I love "fat guy in a little coat". I miss Chris Farley. An ex-boyfriend of mine went to a party where he did fat guy in a little coat with a girl's jacket and ended up ripping it. He threw it out the second story window and it got stuck on a tree. Haha.

  18. That is really cute. First time reading your blog. Not even sure how I ended up here, but I like it! Reminds me of my mom doing my laundry growing up. Haha, not to mention a good Full House reference.
